Additional Information


We require a $200 non-refundable deposit per day per VIP Tour Host to secure your tour and a $25 per day planning fee which will be taken along with the deposit to start the planning process. Groups of 10 to 12 people will require two guides and a double deposit. 


All VIP tours start in the morning 30 minutes prior to park opening. This gives us the best chance to visit all the main attractions during your tour.  Keep in mind, this will also make for a much more productive tour day as crowd volumes get heavier in the afternoons and rides tend to break down later in the day as well. We also find that the weather is normally best when we get an early start! Your billable time starts at the time you agree to meet your host. Please keep in mind that travel time between parks and meals is also billable time. We do not provide any type of transportation. Your tour host will contact you between 5-6 pm the night before your tour to review meeting time/location and ride preferences.


We will need you to submit our Information Worksheet and then we can move forward with planning your vacation. Please keep in mind that your tour dates are not secured until we have received a completed form and have processed your deposit. After processing your deposit we will send you an initial itinerary and will follow-up with a detailed itinerary 30 days before your tour. 

Your My Disney account username and password are required to book a tour. We verify your park tickets before taking a deposit. Your My Disney account is also used for booking dining reservations and making your ride reservations the morning of your tour days.


We can assist with making requested dining reservations for tour days, however based on Disney and Universal’s availability we cannot guarantee specific dining requests. Sit-down breakfast reservations are not allowed because they will conflict with the morning start time of the tour. Quick-service dining is recommended while on tour because the clock doesn’t stop for meals. Dining reservations open up 60 days in advance. If you are booking a tour within the 60-day window, then we will be working with cancellations. We are unable to book reservations at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique or anything else from the Enchanting Extras Collection.


We do not book hotel reservations, but there are benefits for staying on-property as opposed to off-property. Guests registered at Participating Hotels for Early Park Entry  are eligible for 30 minutes of early park entry. When looking at the hotel list if the word Disney or Disney’s is listed in the hotel name then you are also eligible to purchase an Individual Lightning Lane (ILL) ride reservation at 7 am. All others aren’t eligible until park opening and the reservations could be sold out by then.

Disney GENIE+ and Individual Lightning Lane Rides

Disney has implemented the new Genie+ system and for the ease of your tour we require each guest to possess Genie+ on their My Disney account. The cost for Genie+ ranges from $15 to $39 plus tax. Disney sets this variable price which is based on non-peak vs. peak periods and Genie+ will be added to your account the morning of each tour day by your host. You will be required to purchase your Individual Lightning Lane ride on each tour date (one set ride per park and the cost ranges from $14 to $25 per person with the variable cost being set by Disney). Genie+ can’t be purchased in advance and your tour host will facilitate this transaction each morning including ILLs.


By completing and returning the information worksheet, you are agreeing to book a private tour host for the minimum hours listed in our chart. If you provide us your credit card information and do not pay your balance with cash, check or travelers’ cheque at the conclusion of your tour, you are also authorizing us to automatically charge your credit or debit card for any incurred charges that apply to your tour. Completing this form authorizes us to use an electronic invoice for billing.


Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, but half of your deposit can be applied to a future tour up to 365 days from the date of your original tour if you cancel 48 hours before the start of your VIP tour (see terms). If you cancel with less than 48 hours from the start of the tour, we will be keeping your whole deposit. If you cancel after 5:00 pm EST the night before your tour, you will be charged in full for your first tour day. 

Terms: Your deposit will be applied daily and not as a lump sum amount.  For example: if you cancel a 4-day tour with an $800 deposit and only rebook a future 1-day tour, then $400 (or half would be forfeited), the $200 daily deposit will be applied and $200 will remain as a future credit. Rescheduled tours are subject to current hourly rates and new charges for daily planning fees.


If you need to modify your park dates or park choices, you will be subject to the above cancellation terms (half of deposit is forfeited). We pre-book entry for your tour host to match your park dates and specific park(s) once your deposit is processed. 


Disney World and Universal Studios remain intentional in their commitment to health and safety, and will continue to operate with this in mind. Face coverings are optional for guests in both indoor and outdoor locations. COVID-19 vaccinations are not required to enter any of the theme parks, water parks, resort hotels, shopping/entertainment districts or transportation. Disney and Universal Studios have access to handwashing facilities and hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the parks.
