VIP Concierge Experience
We are a personal concierge tour service to all the theme parks in Central Florida. Our tour hosts will act as a personal concierge for your family and can assist with picking up snacks/beverages, pushing strollers, and carrying bags.

Between utilizing Genie+, Lightning Lanes and short standby lines, you will typically wait 15 minutes or less for most rides.

Using our team's extensive park knowledge, Disney's Genie+ and other magic, we promise a smooth and fun day for your family.
Best Choice Dining
For days that you have a tour host we can also assist with dining reservations and structure your day in the park, so all you have to worry about is having a great time with your family. If you would like assistance with reservations for non-tour days, please inquire about this additional service and fee.

Yes, advance dining reservations are recommended and can be made up to 60 days in advance. There is also a variety of quick-service and snack locations to choose from. We will assist with suggesting restaurants and making dining reservations for your tour days.
Yes, Disney theme park tickets must be purchased in advance in order to book a tour with us. Disney also currently requires park reservations to be made, but this will be changing in 2024. Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld and Legoland do not require advance ticket purchase or park reservations.
You are welcome to email a preferred ride list to the office, but it’s not required. Your tour host will contact you between 5 to 6 pm the night before your tour to discuss details such as meeting time/location and preferred rides.
