VIP Concierge Experience
We are a personal concierge tour service to all the theme parks in Central Florida. Our tour hosts will act as a personal concierge for your family and can assist with picking up snacks/beverages, pushing strollers, and carrying bags.

Yes, advance dining reservations are recommended and can be made up to 60 days in advance. There is also a variety of quick-service and snack locations to choose from. We will assist with suggesting restaurants and making dining reservations for your tour days.
Yes, Disney theme park tickets must be purchased in advance in order to book a tour with us. Disney also currently requires park reservations to be made, but this will be changing in 2024. Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld and Legoland do not require advance ticket purchase or park reservations.
Disney has implemented the new Genie+ system and for the ease of your tour we require each guest to possess Genie+ on their My Disney account. The cost for Genie+ ranges from $15 to $30 plus tax. Disney sets this variable price which is based on non-peak vs. peak periods and Genie+ will be added to your account the morning of each tour day by your host. You will be required to purchase your Individual Lightning Lane (ILL) ride on each tour date (one set ride per park and the cost ranges from $10 to $22 per person with the variable cost being set by Disney). Genie+ can’t be purchased in advance and your tour host will facilitate this transaction each morning including ILLs.
You are welcome to email a preferred ride list to the office, but it’s not required. Your tour host will contact you between 5 to 6 pm the night before your tour to discuss details such as meeting time/location and preferred rides.
