Yes, advance dining reservations are recommended and can be made up to 60 days in advance. There is also a variety of quick-service and snack locations to choose from. We will assist with suggesting restaurants and making dining reservations for your tour days.
Strollers, wheelchairs and ECVs are available to rent throughout Walt Disney World theme parks & Downtown Disney. They cannot be rented in advance and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Guests who use a stroller or mobility device when visiting Walt Disney World Resort have a variety of options including using a personally-owned stroller or mobility device, renting through ScooterBug—the Disney Featured Provider—or renting from another third-party company.
ScooterBug, a private mobility rental company in the Central Florida area, is the Disney Featured Provider to offer stroller, wheelchair and ECV rentals at Walt Disney World Resort theme parks and Disney Springs in addition to length-of-stay rentals for Guests staying at Disney Resort hotels. When Disney Resort hotel Guests choose to rent through ScooterBug, the Guest does not need to be present when the equipment is delivered to the Resort hotel. ScooterBug will work with Disney Resort Cast Members to manage deliveries and returns of rented strollers, ECVs and wheelchairs. Pre-orders and deliveries of mobility rentals through ScooterBug to Disney Resort hotels are available by visiting scooterbug.com/orlando or calling (800) 726-8284.

Yes, Disney theme park tickets must be purchased in advance in order to book a tour with us. Disney theme park reservations will no longer be required for date-based tickets. For other admission types, theme park reservations may be required. Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld and Legoland do not require advance ticket purchase or park reservations.
For Disney tours before July 24, 2024, we require each guest to possess Genie+ on their My Disney account. The cost for Genie+ ranges from $15 to $39 plus tax. Disney sets this variable price which is based on non-peak vs. peak periods and Genie+ will be added to your account the morning of each tour day by your host. You will be required to purchase your Individual Lightning Lane ride on each tour date (one set ride per park and the cost ranges from $14 to $25 per person with the variable cost being set by Disney). Genie+ can’t be purchased in advance and your tour host will facilitate this transaction each morning including ILLs.
For tour dates after 7/24, Disney is unveiling this new system which will replace Genie+ and we require each guest to possess Lightning Lane Multi Pass on their My Disney account. The Lightning Lane Single Pass will be required for applicable rides. Prices will vary by date and are determined by Disney. We will be gathering more information as it’s released, but we do know that rides can be reserved in advance and we will be handling all of this for you! Disney resort guests will be eligible at least 7 days in advance and all others will be eligible 3 days in advance.
On your booking form, there is a place to indicate your 3 priority rides for each park you are touring. If you are unsure yet, you can email this to the office at a later date. Your tour host will contact you between 5 to 6 pm the night before your tour to discuss details such as start time/location and preferred rides.
