What to Expect

We want to make your trip to Orlando a memorable one by ensuring it is hassle-free. We will take care of all necessary dining arrangements, including advance reservations and mobile food ordering, so you can have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Additionally, we will plan a fantastic private virtual tour of the Walt Disney World theme parks for you.

Our virtual tour hosts will work with you to create the perfect itinerary based on your desires and ideas. We understand that this is your vacation, so we will set a pace which is comfortable for you. Our tour hosts have expert knowledge of each park in Disney World and they instinctively know which rides and attractions to visit during each hour of the day. Stay up-to-date with timely updates and maps from your virtual tour host, guiding you to attractions where you can dive straight into the magic, reducing wait times to a 15 minute average, and maximizing your immersive experiences.

DEPOSITS

We require a $200 non-refundable deposit per day per VIP Tour Host to secure your tour and a $25 per day planning fee which will be taken along with the deposit to start the planning process. 

VIRTUAL VIP TOUR INFORMATION

Experience effortless adventures at Disney, arranged just for you. We take care of all ride bookings on your behalf, ensuring that you have the best possible experience. Stay up-to-date with timely updates and maps from your virtual tour host, guiding you to attractions where you can dive straight into the magic, so you are able to enjoy attractions while reducing your wait times. Your Virtual VIP Tour Host will contact you around 5-6 pm the night before your tour to review everything with you.

You must arrive at the park 30 minutes before park opening to get in line for rope-drop, but the clock for virtual tours starts at park opening. We ask for your top three preferred rides and we will do our best to prioritize them, but they aren’t guaranteed because some elements are out of our control (rides breaking down, weather delays, etc.). You must agree to follow the ride-to-ride directions of your tour host without deviating from the plan. Any last-minute changes can create havoc in the tour plan they have scheduled for you, but we will do our best to accommodate. We will control the order of the rides because we use our years of experience to tour the parks the most efficient way.

BOOKING INFORMATION

We will need you to submit our Virtual Tour Information Worksheet and then we can move forward with planning your virtual tour. Please keep in mind that your tour dates are not secured until we have received a completed form and have processed your deposit. After processing your deposit we will send you an initial itinerary and will follow-up with a detailed itinerary 30 days before your virtual tour. 

Your My Disney account username and password are required to book a tour. We verify your park tickets before taking a deposit. Your My Disney account is also used for booking dining reservations and making your advance ride reservations.

DINING & OTHER RESERVATIONS

We can assist with making requested dining reservations for tour days, however based on Disney availability we cannot guarantee specific dining requests. Sit-down breakfast reservations are not allowed because they will conflict with the morning start time of the tour. Quick-service dining is recommended while on tour because the clock doesn’t stop for meals. Dining reservations open up 60 days in advance. If you are booking a tour within the 60-day window, then we will be working with cancellations. We are unable to book reservations at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique or anything else from the Enchanting Extras Collection.

HOTEL INFORMATION

We do not book hotel reservations, but there are benefits for staying on-property as opposed to off-property. Guests registered at Participating Hotels for Early Park Entry  are eligible for 30 minutes of early park entry. When looking at the hotel list if the word “Disney or Disney’s” is listed in the hotel name then those guests are also eligible for 7-day advance ride reservations. All others aren’t eligible until 3 days in advance and the ride reservations could be more limited.

DISNEY LIGHTNING LANE MULTI PASS (LLMP)

& LIGHTNING LANE SINGLE PASS (LLSP)

We require each guest to possess Lightning Lane Multi Pass (LLMP, formerly Genie+) on their My Disney account. The Lightning Lane Single Pass (LLSP, formerly Individual Lightning Lane or ILL) will be required for applicable rides.  This is the new system which replaced Genie+ on 7/24/24. We will book rides for your tour days only and you will be responsible for booking rides if you are going to any parks on your own.

The cost for LLMP & LLSP will vary by date and will be determined by Disney, but the charge will go to the credit card stored in your My Disney account. LLMP is approximately $20 – $40 per person per day and LLSP is approximately $10 – $25 per person per ride. We will be booking your rides for you, so you will not have to worry about handling any of these transactions.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

By completing and returning the information worksheet, you are agreeing to book a Virtual VIP Tour Host for the minimum hours listed in our chart. Completing this form also authorizes us to use an electronic invoice for billing and to charge the credit or debit card you provided for your deposit.  

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

A.) If you cancel at least 8 days in advance of your hotel check-in date (11 pm cut-off on 8th day), then half of your deposit can be applied to a future tour that must be booked, not taken, within 365 days from the date of your original tour. Your deposit credit will be applied as a daily deposit and not as a lump sum amount. Rescheduled tours are subject to current hourly rates and new charges for daily planning fees. 

B.) If you cancel within 7 days or less of your hotel check-in date, then you will be charged for 50% of each tour day.

PARK DATES AND PARK CHANGES POLICY

If you need to modify your park dates or park choices, then half of your deposit can be applied to a future tour that must be booked, not taken, within 365 days from the date of your original tour.
