  • Tours booked less than 48 hours before the first start date will be subject to an additional charge of $50/hour.
  • We count everyone in the group no matter what the age and even if they aren't going on rides.
  • Hourly rates do not include 6% sales tax or automatic 18% gratuity (18 to 25% standard.)

Your virtual tours for Elite Orlando VIP Tour offer a high-end, stress-free way for clients to navigate Orlando’s theme parks efficiently without requiring an in-person guide. How It Works:

  1. Pre-Trip Consultation: Clients receive a personalized consultation to discuss their group’s needs, must-do attractions, dining preferences, and priorities.
  2. Custom Itinerary Planning: A detailed itinerary is crafted, ensuring minimal wait times and optimal park flow. It includes ride strategies, recommended Lightning Lane selections, dining reservations, and insider tips.
  3. Live Virtual Assistance (Optional): During their park visit, clients have real-time access to an expert via phone, text, or video call to handle last-minute changes, troubleshoot issues, and provide recommendations.
  4. On-the-Go Updates: Clients receive real-time notifications and adjustments based on crowd levels, ride breakdowns, and park conditions.
  5. Seamless Park Navigation: Clients receive a step-by-step guide for moving through the parks efficiently, reducing stress and maximizing enjoyment.

DEPOSITS

We require a $200 non-refundable deposit per day per VIP Tour Host to secure your tour and a $25 per day planning fee which will be taken along with the deposit to start the planning process. 

VIRTUAL VIP TOUR INFORMATION

Experience effortless adventures at Disney, arranged just for you. We take care of all ride bookings on your behalf, ensuring that you have the best possible experience. Stay up-to-date with timely updates and maps from your virtual tour host, guiding you to attractions where you can dive straight into the magic, so you are able to enjoy attractions while reducing your wait times. Your Virtual VIP Tour Host will contact you around 5-6 pm the night before your tour to review everything with you.

You must arrive at the park 30 minutes before park opening to get in line for rope-drop, but the clock for virtual tours starts at park opening. We ask for your top three preferred rides and we will do our best to prioritize them, but they aren’t guaranteed because some elements are out of our control (rides breaking down, weather delays, etc.). You must agree to follow the ride-to-ride directions of your tour host without deviating from the plan. Any last-minute changes can create havoc in the tour plan they have scheduled for you, but we will do our best to accommodate. We will control the order of the rides because we use our years of experience to tour the parks the most efficient way.

BOOKING INFORMATION

We will need you to submit our Virtual Tour Information Worksheet and then we can move forward with planning your virtual tour. Please keep in mind that your tour dates are not secured until we have received a completed form and have processed your deposit. After processing your deposit we will send you an initial itinerary and will follow-up with a detailed itinerary 30 days before your virtual tour.

Your My Disney account username and password are required to book a tour. We verify your park tickets before taking a deposit. Your My Disney account is also used for booking dining reservations and making your ride reservations the morning of your tour days.

DINING & OTHER RESERVATIONS

We can assist with making requested dining reservations for tour days, however based on Disney availability we cannot guarantee specific dining requests. Sit-down breakfast reservations are not allowed because they will conflict with the morning start time of the tour. Quick-service dining is recommended while on tour because the clock doesn’t stop for meals. Dining reservations open up 60 days in advance. If you are booking a tour within the 60-day window, then we will be working with cancellations.

HOTEL INFORMATION

We do not book hotel reservations, but there are benefits for staying on-property as opposed to off-property. Guests registered at Disneyland Hotels are eligible for 30 minutes of early park entry along with other benefits.

DISNEY LIGHTNING LANE MULTI PASS (LLMP)

& LIGHTNING LANE SINGLE PASS (LLSP)

We require each guest to possess Lightning Line Multi Pass (LLMP) on their My Disney account. The cost for LLMP starts at $30 per ticket per day; prices vary by date and are determined by Disney.  Lightning Lane Single Pass (LLSP) rides can be purchased on each tour date; cost starts at $20 per person with the variable cost being set by Disney. The Individual Lightning Lane rides are set for each park; current rides are Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance for Disneyland and Radiator Spring Racers for California Adventure.

Lightning Line Multi Pass (LLMP) can be added in advance when you purchase your park tickets and this will lock in the lowest price. If it hasn’t been purchased, then your Virtual VIP tour host will facilitate this transaction the morning of your tour date including the purchase of LLSPs.  The price and availability of LLMP may vary by date, so it is recommended to purchase in advance.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

By completing and returning the information worksheet, you are agreeing to book a Virtual VIP Tour Host for the minimum hours listed in our chart. Completing this form also authorizes us to use an electronic invoice for billing and to charge the credit or debit card you provided for your deposit.  

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, but half of your deposit can be applied to a future tour up to 365 days from the date of your original tour if you cancel 48 hours before the start of your Virtual tour (see terms). If you cancel with less than 48 hours from the start of the tour, we will be keeping your whole deposit. If you cancel after 5:00 pm EST the night before your tour, you will be charged in full for your first tour day. 

Terms: Your deposit credit will be applied as daily deposit and not as a lump sum amount. Rescheduled tours are subject to current hourly rates and new charges for daily planning fees.

PARK DATES AND PARK CHANGES POLICY

If you need to modify your park dates or park choices, you will be subject to the above cancellation terms (half of deposit is forfeited).
