Rates
We realize you work hard for your money, and you expect to get what you pay for when you go on vacation.  Please review the following policies to ensure you select the most appropriate options for your family’s vacation needs. 

Elite Personal Guide:  $115 per hour   

•  Your billing time starts when you meet up with your Elite Personal Guide at your hotel, or other location of your choice.  Your billing time ends when you part ways with you Personal Guide at the end of the day.
• A four-hour minimum is required for guided services in theme parks.  If this is your first time visiting Orlando’s theme parks, we recommend you reserve your Personal Guide’s services for six to eight hours, depending on the time of year.
• You will not be billed for your Personal Guide’s break times.
• There are no hidden gratuities in this hosting fee.  Gratuities are offered to your Personal Guide solely at your discretion.

Customized Itinerary Planning:  $25 per planned day 

• This fee covers the time, labor, and research involved in planning and booking a personalized itinerary that meets your family’s specific needs and interests.  
• You will only be billed for the days your vacation is planned by Elite Orlando VIP Tours.  For example, if your vacation lasts seven days, but we only plan five of those days, you are only charged for five days.

Cancellation Policy

• To ensure all our families are serviced appropriately, we require a minimum 24 hours notice should you decide to cancel your Personal Guide’s services.  If this policy is not observed, you will be charged the full amount for services for that planned day.
• Please note: Fees relating to your Customized Itinerary Planning will remain valid.
• Exceptions may be made to this policy in the event of extenuating circumstances, but such exceptions will be made at the sole discretion of Elite Orlando VIP Tours.

Payment

• Elite Orlando VIP Tours accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), as well as cash, Traveler’s Checks, Personal and business checks for services rendered.
• Your bill will be presented to you at the end of your planned vacation.
